In this session with Micky we will be guided into our primal body using the somatic tools of sound, movement and breath. Once we have collectively landed in our body we will be taken through a deep, connective and optionally erotic breathwork journey.

This experience teaches us safety in our body. In this practice Tegan will guide you through visualisation and somatic safety prompts that we will then experiment with finding pleasure from. Finding your Full Body Yes

A space of self-connection and discovery through self-touch. Dedicated to uncovering what you truly enjoy when you slow down, tune in, and let go of the pressure to give. An invitation to connect deeply with your body, embrace presence and attunement as you explore the textures,sensations, and rhythms of what a “YES!” feels like in your body. In this session, you’ll be guided to listen to your body’s unique signals and follow its cues, creating an experience that’s entirely your own. We’ll explore self-touch practices, from gentle caresses to more textured sensations, and offer tools to help you connect with your needs and desires authentically.
Bring any sensory objects you’d like to use in the workshop, such as feathers, ice, silky fabrics, sponges, aromatherapy oils, stones, etc – anything that inspires you to explore different sensations. This is a space for you to honour what feels good and take the time to notice how your body responds to different types of touch and sensory input.
