Vulva Pleasure

w/ Luna

Vulva pleasure: an interactive workshop on the anatomy of pleasure for vulva owners and people that like to play with them! This workshop will start by nerding out on some detailed genital anatomy alongside demonstrations to learn some different techniques to touch and stroke vulvas and vaginas. We will talk about common vulva problems, debunk myths and share our experiences. Luna welcomes all bodies that are curious about this topic. 

This is not a self pleasure practice but there is an invitation to bring touch to yourself or partner for exploration of anatomy and sensation so you can bring lube and tissues to make this more comfortable. Bring a notebook and pen.

Dance of Awareness

w/ Charlotte

Explore your early embodiment through dance, movement and awareness.

DoA is a group movement practice influenced by Reichian psychotherapy, developmental psychology, 5 Rhythms, dance movement psychotherapy and awareness itself. 
 We begin with an opening circle, followed by a wave as we go through the DoA cycle of sensing, grounding, expressing, releasing, connecting and completing, and finally a closing circle. There will be opportunities to share our experiences before and after the dance.
In the safety of our homes, you will have opportunities to move freely on your own, as well as be guided into some simple body awareness processes and some fun witnessing exercises connecting with our virtual community.
 Please bring a way to listen to music,  hydration, something cosy to lie on for our sensing phase and clear some space to move around!

In this workshop Tegan will guide us through different modalities that can support us in releasing and processing built up emotions, stagnation and creative blocks. It is through listening, understanding and moving with our waves of emotions that we are able to find our centre and come into deeper awareness of ourselves and connection to our bodies. We will be writing, drawing, sounding and moving through this practice.

In this session with Micky we will be guided into our primal body using the somatic tools of sound, movement and breath. Once we have collectively landed in our body we will be taken through a deep, connective and optionally erotic breathwork journey.

This journey is intended to bring us back to our full present moment aliveness & to serve as a reminder of the depth of experience available to us when we fully inhabit our bodies.

Make sure you have a warm space and an extra blanket for the breathwork, and that you have the camera set up so that it can be on you as you lay down.

A gentle, grounded space to speak the unspeakable — fears, stories, grief, wonder — around death and dying.This is not a lecture, but a circle of humans gathering to listen, share, and be with what is often held alone.

Rooted in somatic awareness and therapeutic care, this circle welcomes the body’s responses to death: numbness, tears, laughter, tightness, silence. Research shows that speaking about death can reduce anxiety, deepen connection, and bring greater meaning to life.

For anyone grieving, curious, afraid, preparing, or simply longing to bring death out of the taboo closet. Come with nothing to fix. Come to feel, witness, and be witnessed.

A therapeutic, facilitated space to explore the nuances of sex, intimacy, and relationships — where nothing is too much, too strange, or too tender to be spoken. For anyone wanting to talk openly about sex, listen deeply, and learn alongside others on their sexuality journey.

We’ll explore what shapes our erotic and relational lives — from sexual shame and celebration, to numbness, longings, boundaries, disconnection from pleasure, non-monogamy, kink, queerness, sexual trauma, performance anxiety, dating confusion & relationship patterns, and the links between sex and self.

Through somatic check-ins, group dialogue, and therapeutic support and reflection, you’re invited to be brave & vulnerable, curious & authentic, open-minded & empathetic to others.
